I just had a rough day with a flat tire. I called Boney's and they said they could be there in 30 minutes to help me change the tire. They were actually there in 30 minutes. Unfortunately the lock on the lug nut was broken so Casey couldn't change the tire but he said he could come back with a flatbed tow truck. He updated me when he was on his way and his eta. He towed it to the dealership and then helped me explain the issue to the dealership. He also tried to get the dealership to do it asap when the they were saying it was going to take a few days. It sucks to get a flat tire, especially during the Thanksgiving holiday - but Casey made the situation so much better. They didn't overcharge and had great customer service. I was able to leave a bummer situation positively because of Casey! Thank you.

They don't make them like Casey anymore. I called to schedule a late Friday tow to my service place, which (reasonably) wouldn't get to the problem til Monday. Casey came to my house right away and fixed the problem on the spot. He charged what he quoted me, he didn't try to talk me out of using my regular guys, he gave me advice on other minor car issues. He was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. An all-around positive and grateful person. I have my car for the weekend and I have a new "go to" guy in my Contact List.

I called Boney's after several places claimed to have dispatched someone & no one showed up. Boney's was there in a flash and my car was unlocked in no time. Several places claimed they'd have to tow my car to BMW. Boney's saved me time and money by safely getting my car unlocked without a scratch. TL ; DR- Boney's is skilled, reliable, fast & will save you $$

This morning we hit a curb while pulling in to my work, which 86'd the front passenger-side tire on our older Corolla. We called Boney's and they arrived within 15 minutes. They pulled the popped tire off, put the spare on, and inflated it in another 15 minutes, then gave us a couple of recommendations for where to find a decent used tire nearby and how much we should expect to pay for one. Friendly and fast service at a reasonable price. Thank you!

What a wonderful company! They were kind, fair-priced, and arrived within 30 minutes of our call. I hope I never need a tow company again, but if I do, I will definitely call Boney's.

On point and on time service! So glad for the expedited service provided by Boney. Very professional and efficient too. I needed my Benz jumped. To my surprise my tire pressure was checked and leveled.

I drive nothing but old Saabs. I have had my car towed a lot of times. Casey took the time to open the hood of my car and help me figure out what might be wrong before I took it to a shop so I would know what I was talking about with the repair guys, took really good care with my car. He was really genuine, nice and super professional, not just by doing his job well and caring about his customers but he obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I will definitely call him again, though hopefully I won't have to.
